Cairo – Mubasher: Shareholders of El-Sewedy Electric Co. gave a nod to distributing dividends of EGP 1 per share at total amount of EGP 223.4 million for 2014.
The company reported net profits of EGP 445 million for 2014, compared with EGP 134.5 million for the previous year, a surge of 231%.
The firm is capitalised at EGP 2.2 billion, distributed across 223.4 million shares at EGP 10 par value each.
